Right of withdrawal
Fourteen days to change your mind, and the form to say so.
Part of the Terms of Service, version of October 30, 2026.
Who can withdraw
A consumer customer, that is an individual acting outside their trade or profession, may withdraw within 14 days of payment, without giving a reason (Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code). Credit packs follow the same rule.
How
By any clear written statement to the publisher, at [email protected], or with the form below.
What is refunded
At sign-up, the customer expressly asks for the service to start as soon as they pay, before the withdrawal period ends, by ticking a box that says so. If they then withdraw, they pay for the part of the service already supplied: the credits used, at their plan’s price per credit (plan price divided by its monthly credits). The rest is refunded within 14 days of the withdrawal, to the original payment method, and the remaining credits are removed (Articles L221-24 and L221-25). A customer who used nothing is refunded in full.
Withdrawal form
Complete and return this form only if you wish to withdraw.
