Subscription and cancellation

The price, automatic renewal, and how to cancel in two clicks.

This English version applies to customers who subscribe in English. Mandatory consumer rights of your state or country of residence are not affected. Version française.

Plans and prices

  • Free trial: free, 40 credits once.
  • Starter: $49 per month, 160 credits per month, 1 brand, 3 active products per brand, 1 seat.
  • Pro: $119 per month, 400 credits per month, 2 brands, 10 active products per brand, 1 seat.
  • Business: $299 per month, 1,000 credits per month, 5 brands, 20 active products per brand, 1 seat.
  • Enterprise: custom quote. The price, the credits added each month, the number of brands, and any yearly commitment are set by each account’s own contract.

Prices are in US dollars, all taxes included: VAT not applicable, Article 293 B of the French Tax Code (CGI); no US sales tax is collected. An account that first pays with the interface in French pays in euros, on the same terms (Starter €49, Pro €119, Business €299 per month; packs: 100 credits €39, 200 credits €75, 500 credits €179, 1,000 credits €329). The currency is set at the first payment and stays the same afterwards, even if the interface language changes. The plan’s credits are added every month, on the anniversary date of the subscription.

Automatic renewal

A plan is paid monthly, or yearly when a yearly plan is offered at sign-up. It renews automatically, for the same period and at the plan’s price, until you cancel it, with no minimum term.

You agree to this renewal by ticking a dedicated box when you subscribe. A confirmation email then states the price, the period, the next renewal date and how to cancel. A yearly plan is reminded by email 30 days before it renews.

Cancelling

A subscription can be cancelled at any time from Account > Subscription, in two clicks, with no fee and no reason to give. It runs until the end of the paid period, then no longer renews.

Changing plans

Upgrading takes effect immediately: the difference for the current period is invoiced pro rata, and the new plan, its features and the extra credits for the rest of the current month open when that invoice is paid. Downgrading takes effect at the end of the paid period: nothing is taken back, and the plan’s features stay open until then.
