Refunds

The first payment, for everyone

An account’s first payment is refunded on request within 14 days, pro rata of unused credits, for every customer, businesses included. For a consumer customer, this is also their right of withdrawal: see Right of withdrawal.

How it is calculated

Credits used are paid at the plan’s price per credit: plan price divided by its monthly credits. The rest is returned to the original payment method within 14 days, and the remaining credits are removed from the account.

After 14 days

A cancelled subscription runs until the end of the paid period, and the current period is not refunded. A failed or refused creation never costs any credit (section 3 of the Terms of Service).

Prices are in US dollars or euros, the currency of the account, all taxes included: VAT not applicable, Article 293 B of the French Tax Code (CGI); no US sales tax is collected.
